This 1923 Arts and Craft Bungalow has been painstaking restored historically by the owners, with the exception of modern amenities such as central air and heat, new kitchen counters and cabinets and new bath ceramics. The wood furniture from Guatemala called “The Coronado”, and the many beautiful palms give the cottage its name. Many of the decorations were brought of travels and friends from around the world.
