Pay Rental Fee Balance or Total Security and Rental Fee Reservation Deposits and Payment Methods: Advance reservations required with the $125 security deposit. And unless otherwise stated in contract, at least 50% of total rental fee due 7 days prior to arrival date and balance due at check in. * We accept Checks (mailed early) * We accept Credit Cards through Pay Pal (VISA, MasterCard, & Discover) for deposits and advance payments. * Cash is accepted at check in with prior arrangements. Cancellation Policy : Cancellations are required 1 month (30-days) before the arrival date and are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, refunded within 5 days of the cancellation date.
